THE BRAND
The name: Dogal, is our artisanal and quality wine project born in our beloved Venice. the name Dogal means “of the Doge”, historically the iconic leader and symbol of Venice.
Design: The design of the Dogal bottle is inspired
by the elegant Gothic lines of the Doge’s Palace,
the historic residence of the Doge.
Mission: we chose Malvasia as the heart of our
project because it is the vine that, more than any
other, has a deep connection with Venice and
the sea. Malvasia is much more than a simple
grape, it is a piece of Mediterranean history and
the travels of the Serenissima.
Dogal Malvasia, Wine of the Sea
We have revived the ancient tradition of Venice and its wines from the East,with Malvasia, the wine of the sea, to retrace the travels and history of our Venice ideally.
The Malvasia name derives from Monemvasia, a small Greek village of ancient origins overlooking the sea, where this vine was born.
The Venetians discovered it around 1200 and then spread it throughout the Mediterranean, making it the most famous in the world for centuries.
Malvasia, with its elegance and aromas that evoke the sea, has become one of the symbols of Venice over the centuries.
Venetian Inspired
The Dogal Pattern is inspired by a detail of
the most breathtaking Palace in Venice, from
the Reinassance period.
The Pictogram’s sign becomes symbol of the
Beauty that derives from harmony and of a
more enlightened vision of life.

that are a tribute to the beauty
and architecture of the gilded
venetian palaces.
